Abstract
Ovaj rad opisuje važnost rashladnih sustava, te hlađenje pri fermantaciji prilikom proizvodnje vina. Opisan je i postupak izrade rashladnog sustava, kojemu je zadaća nadzor temperature i upravljanje hlađenjem tijekom fermentacije. Spomenute su i ukratko opisane tehnologije i električne komponente koje su se koristile prilikom izrade sustava, kao i princip rada. Uz princip rada su priložene slike koje pokazuju navigaciju kroz izbornike sustava, kao i mogućnosti sustava. Ukratko su objašnjeni i najvažniji dijelovi programskog koda, kojim je realizirano upravljanje elektroničkim komponentama i rashladnim sustavom.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes importance of cooling systems, and cooling process during fermentation, while making wine. It also describes manufacture and development procedure of cooling system, which task is to monitor and manage cooling during fermentation. Tehnologies and electrical components used during cooling system manufacturing are also mentioned and described, as well as operating principle. With operating principle there are also images attached, which are showing navigation through system menu, as well as system features. Paper also describes most important parts of source code, which is used to enable electronic components and cooling system to work properly
