Abstract
Glavni zadatak ovog rada bio je opisati korištenje lasera u dermatologiji. Objašnjeni su pojmovi laser i svjetlost. Zatim je opisana povijest razvoja lasera i princip rada lasera. Također, objašnjena je struktura ljudske kože, utjecaj lasera na tkivo te Fitzpatrickova skala tipova kože. Navedene su vrste lasera koji se koriste u dermatologiji, koju kožnu promjenu liječe te valna duljina na kojoj rade. Zatim su opisani laserski tretmani uklanjanja kožnih promjena: vaskularnih lezija, pigmentnih lezija, tetovaža i dlaka. Na kraju su objašnjene mjere sigurnosti kod upotrebe lasera.
Abstract (english)
The main task of this final paper was to explain the use of lasers in dermatology. Terms of light and laser are explained. Then, history of laser and laser basic principle are described. Also, structure of human skin, laser tissue interaction and Fitzpatrick classification of skin type are described. Types of lasers used in dermatology, what treatment are they used for and their wavelength are mentioned. Then, laser skin treatments: treatment of vascular lesions, treatment of pigment lesions, hair and tattoo removal are described. In the last part laser safety measures are explained.
