Abstract	Prikazan je postupak kojim se u potpuno automatiziranom i robotiziranom proizvodnom procesu određuju mjesta potencijalnog pada kvalitete izlaznog proizvoda u vremenu koje je i do reda veličine kraće od klasičnih statističkih postupaka kontrole kvalitete. Postupak je zasnovan na usporedbenoj analizi entropija procesnih signala kontrole kvalitete i signala škarta izlazne kvalitete obročnog proizvodnog procesa u keramičkoj industriji. Ovime se predlaže metodologija primjene razvijenog postupka za poboljšanje ekonomičnosti automatizirane proizvodnje u keramičkoj industriji uz smjensko praćenje procesnih signala kontrole kvalitete. Postupak određivanje entropije povezan je s jednodimenzijskom Carnapovom entropijom kojom se procesni signali očitavaju u posmačnim četvorkama mjernog obrasca. Ovi se obrasci međutim moraju ekspandirati na sve moguće pozitivno vremenski usmjerene mjerne razlike svih četiriju procesnih mjerenja, kako bi se dobila jedinstvena procesna kodna i entropijska mjera obrasca, te tako omogućila detekcija mjesta greške u proizvodnom procesu s ciljem njegove korekcije.
Abstract (english)	A procedure is described that determines positions of potential quality decrease of the output product in automatized and robotized production process with time delay that is at up to an order of magnitude shorter than classical statistical quality control procedures. The procedure is based on comparative analysis of entropies of process quality control signals and fallout signal of the quality control in batch process of the ceramic tile production. Thus a proposed application is obtained that is usable for the production economy increase while using quality control process signals based on shift data follow up. The procedure for determining entropy is connected to one-dimensional Carnap entropy concept based on process dana sampling in shifted four sample frame. The collected patterns have to be expanded using all possible positive time directed measurement differences of all four process measurements in order to obtain a unique process coding and entropy of the patterns, thus enabling the detection of production process error with the aim of its correction.
