Abstract
Svrha ovog rada bila je objasniti način rada elektromotornog pogona i načine upravljanja njime. Navedeni su i objašnjeni osnovni dijelovi pogona. Elektromotor je važan dio pogona, pretvara električnu energiju u mehaničku. Brzinom vrtnje asinkronog motora se može upravljati promjenom otpora rotora, promjenom iznosa napona napajanja, promjenom broja pari polova i promjenom frekvencije. Opisani su načini upravljanja pomoću frekvencijskog pretvarača, to su skalarno i vektorsko upravljanje. Pri mjerenju rezultata je korišten 𝑉𝑉𝐶𝑝𝑙𝑢𝑠 način vektorskog upravljanja. S Danfoss FC-302 frekvencijskim pretvaračem je upravljana kompenzacija klizanja. Nakon mjerenja i računanja zaključeno je da pogon radi najbolje kada je faktor kompenzacije 100 %.
Abstract (english)
Purpose of this work is to explain operation mode of electromotor drive and how to control them. Basic parts of electromotor drive are mentioned and described. Electric motor is an important part of drives, it converts electric energy into mechanical energ. Speed of asyinchronus motor is controlled with changing of rotor resistance, changing the power supply, pole number changing and frequency changing. Control methods with frequency converter are shown, those are scalar control and vector control. 𝑉𝑉𝐶𝑝𝑙𝑢𝑠 vector control was used during measuring process. Slip compensation was controlled with Danfoss FC-302 frequency converter. Conclusion after measuring and calculating data is that drive will have the best performance when compensation factor is 100 %.
