Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu simulirane su četiri najčešće korištene topologije planarnih induktivnih senzora pomaka. Simulirane su kružne, meandar, mrežaste i kvadratne topologije zavojnica s različitim udaljenostima između zavoja senzora i s različitim brojem namota, ali istih dimenzija u jednakim graničnim uvjetima. Simulirana je osjetljivost senzora u ovisnosti o udaljenosti metalne vrpce tako da je promatrana promjena induktiviteta senzora u ovisnosti o udaljenosti metalne vrpce. Nakon provedenih simulacija u ANSYS Maxwell programskom paketu, ponuđena su najbolja rješenja i najpreciznije topologije senzora. Opisani su detaljni koraci provedbe simulacije, crtanje potrebnih topologija, njihovo parametriranje, dodjeljivanje prikladnih materijala i graničnih uvjeta. Iz obrađenih rezultata donesen je zaključak koja je topologija pogodna za koju primjenu i prikazane najbolje performanse pojedinih topologija.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, four commonly used topologies of planar inductive sensors for displacement were simulated. Circular, meander, mesh and square coil topologies are simulated with different distances between turns and with different number of turns, but with the same dimensions and under the same conditions. The sensitivity of the sensor as a function of a distance of the metal ribbon was observed. After the simulation in the ANSYS Maxwell softwere, the best solutions and the most accurate sensor topologies are offered. In this thesis there is a talk about every step explained in detail for drawing the necessary topologies, their parameterization, assignment of appropriate materials and boundary conditions. From the processed results it was concluded which topology is suitable the best for each application. There are presented the best performances of individual topologies.
