Abstract
U radu su opisani osnovni pojmovi o snazi u električnoj mreži te temeljni pojmovi o pojedinim snagama. Opisani su razlozi zašto radimo kompenzaciju jalove snage, na koji način ostvarujemo kompenzaciju jalove snage te kako kompenzacija utječe na gubitke nastale u elektroenergetkim sustavima. Na osnovu primjera nekog elektroenergetskog sustava prikazao sam kako se vrši kompenzacija jalove snage.
Abstract (english)
The paper describes the basic concepts of power in the electrical network and the basic concepts of true, reactive and apparent power. The reasons why we do reactive power compensation, how we achieve reactive power compensation and how compensation affects the losses incurred in electric power systems are described. It is shown, based on the example of an electric power system, how reactive power compensation is performed.
