Abstract
Cilj diplomskog rada je izraditi simulaciju sustava upravljanja u kojemu će izvršni element u regulaciji protoka biti proporcionalni ventil. Sustav upravljanja i dijelove sustava potrebno je zadovoljavajuće matematički modelirati kako bi simulacija sustava što bolje simulirala rad istog stvarnog sustava. Matematički model sustava upravljanja uključuje regulaciju protoka iz jednog spremnika u drugi između kojih je cjevovod u kojemu se nalaze još crpka i proporcionalni ventil. Za potrebe simulacije sustava upravljanja izrađeno je korisničko sučelje pomoću kojeg se upravlja simulacijom i na kojem se prikazuju rezultati simulacije. Napravljena je sinteza regulatora eksperimentalnom Ziegler-Nichols metodom ruba stabilnosti na simulatoru te je u simulaciju implementiran upravljački PID algoritam. Također, u radu je prikazan utjecaj transportnog kašnjenja na kakvoću regulacije protoka.
Abstract (english)
This paper aims to design a system with a proportional valve as an actuator in the flow control. The system and its parts need to be mathematically modelled in order for the system simulation to further simulate the system operation. The system mathematical model involves regulating the flow from one tank to another between which is a pipeline. The pipeline includes a pump and a proportional valve. For the simulation purposes, a user interface that manages the simulation and displays simulation results is developed. The controller synthesis of the experimental Ziegler-Nichols tuning method is made on the simulator and the control PID algorithm is implemented in the simulation. Also, the paper shows the transport delay influence on the regulation quality.
