Abstract
U ovome radu izložena je teorija o upravljanju grupe elektromotora pomoću frekvencijskih pretvarača i PLC-a, detaljno je opisan princip rada frekvencijskog pretvarača kao i što je to programabilni logički kontroler (PLC) i njegov princip rada. Cilj zadatka je bila parametrirati električni pogon, odnosno njegov frekvencijski pretvarač i izraditi programsku logiku za isti, zatim izraditi program za daljinsko upravljanje kako bi bilo moguće upravljati frekvencijskim pretvaračem i asinkronim motorom kao pogonom pomoću PLC-a. Naposljetku je objašnjeno što je to Master/Slave konfiguracija i dijeljenje tereta te su rezultati upravljanja asinkronim motorom prikazani i komentirani.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents the control theory for a group of electric motors using frequency converters and PLC, the principle of operation of the frequency converter as well as what a programmable logic controller (PLC) and its principle of operation are described in detail. The aim of the task was to parameterize the electric drive, his frequency converter and create a program logic for the same, then to create a remote control program so that it is possible to control the frequency converter and asynchronous motor as drive using PLC. Finally, it is explained what Master/Slave configuration and Load sharing is and the results of the test control of the induction motor are presented and analysed.
