Abstract
Zadatak rada je pojasniti ulogu i važnost mjeriteljstva, te samog postupka ovjeravanja. Objasniti vezu između svjetskog i Hrvatskog mjeriteljskog zakonodavstva. Obrazložiti temeljne pojmove koji se pojavljuju prilikom postupka ovjeravanja mjerila. Naposljetku je opisan proces ovjeravanja neautomatskih vaga koji je propisan važećim pravilnikom. Za slikovitiju predodžbu procesa ovjeravanja opisan je postupak ovjeravanja neautomatske vage marke Bizerba. Detaljnije su opisane ustanove koje se bave mjeriteljstvom. Najvažnija ustanova koja se na državnoj razini bavi mjeriteljstvom je Državni zavod za mjeriteljstvo. Poglavlja „Zakon o mjeriteljstvu“ i „Pravilnik o mjernim jedinicama“ daju detaljniji uvid u zakonsku regulativu koja se odnosi na mjeriteljstvo u Republici Hrvatskoj
Abstract (english)
The task was to describe function and importance of metrology, and also importance of verification process. More detailed was descraibed metrological institutions. Some of the most important institutions are: State office for metrology and Croatian metrology institute. Explain connection among international and Croatian metrology legislation. Describe basic terms which which are appearing during proces of measure instruments validation. In the end was described the process of non-automatic scales validation which is prescribed by the valid regulation. The procedure for authentication a non-automatic Bizerba scale will give us a more detailed picture of authentication process. In more detail was described the metrology organizations. State bureau of metrology is the most important metrology organization in Croatia. The chapters “Law on Metrology” and “Ordinance on Units of Measurement” provide a more detailed insight into the legal regulations related to metrology in the Republic of Croatia.
