Abstract
U sklopu ovog završnog rada dizajnirano je jednostupanjsko pojačalo s bipolarnim tranzistorom, te je provedena analiza njegovog rada pri različitim frekvencijama ulaznog signala. Prije svega proučena je konstrukcija samog biploarnog tranzistora, njegova svojstva u različitim spojevima, te pojave koje se javljaju tijekom rada tranzistora i postavljaju određena ograničenja prilikom konstrukcije pojačala. Također, primjenom nadomjesne sheme proračunati su osnovni parametri pojačala u zadanoj radnoj točki, pojačanje struje i napona, te ulazni i izlazni otpor sklopa, a upotrebom dodatnih komponenti postignuta je temperaturna stabilnost sklopa. Konačna analiza provedena je u dva dijela, gdje su izvršena mjerenja u simulaciji, te na stvarnom sklopu pojačala.
Abstract (english)
This final paper conducts design of a single-stage amplifier with bipolar junction transistors and its analysis in relation to the frequency of the input signal. Before all else, the construction of a bipolar transistor and its properties in different configurations were studied, as well as the occurrences that place limitations during the construction of amplifiers. Also, the use of a Hybrid model allowed calculation of basic parameters of the amplifier at a given operating point, such as current gain, voltage gain, input resistance and output resistance, and at last the temperature stability of the circuit was achieved by using additional components. The final analysis was carried out in two parts, where measurements were performed on a simulation and on the actual amplifier circuit.
