Abstract
U završnom radu su opisani neki od komercijalno dostupnih uređaja za praćenje automobila te je opisana izrada vlastitog uređaja za praćenje automobila. Opisano je spajanje mikro kontrolera sa modulima za dohvaćanje geografske lokacije uređaja i GPS modulom. Za GRPS modul je bilo dosta netočnih informacija na internetu stoga je izrađena vlastita zaglavna datoteka za njega. Uređaj također koristi više I/O pinova kako bi upravljao sa punjenjem vanjske baterije te motrio stanje brave automobila, svjetla i akcelerometra. Opisana je prilagodba Thingspeak poslužitelja te je prikazan izgled i funkcionalnosti Android sučelja za ovaj uređaj preko kojeg korisnik može pratiti više automobila preko svojih dodjeljenih API ključeva te upravljati načinom rada uređaja.
Abstract (english)
This final paper describes some of the commercially available car tracking devices and describes the development process of my own car tracking device. The paper describes the connection between the microcontroller and the modules for retrieving the geographical location and the GPS communication device used. There is a lot of inaccurate information on the Internet for the GPS module in use, which resulted in the creation of a custom header file to successfully utilize the needed functions. The device also uses multiple I/O pins to control the charging of the external battery, the condition of the car lock, lights and accelerometer. Also, the paper highlights the required setup for the Thingspeak server, alongside the layout and functionality of the Android application which enables the user to manage multiple monitoring devices and also to change the device operating mode via the appropriate tracking device API Key.
