Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu je obrađena tema istosmjernog pretvarača napona u mosnom spoju i metode upravljanja pretvaračem. Objašnjena je procedura projektiranja transformatora i faktori koji se moraju uzeti u obzir pri projektiranju. Analizirani su parazitski elementi transformatora i njihov neželjeni utjecaj koji utječe na gubitke. Za pretvarač je opisano upravljanje konvencionalnom pulsno širinskom modulacijom te pulsno širinskom modulacijom s faznim pomakom te je objašnjena razlika u upravljanju. Na osnovu teorijskih razmatranja projektirani su parametri transformatora pomoću kojih je sumentor izradio transformator i izmjerili su se parametri pretvarača. Dobiveni su odzivi i objašnjena su odstupanja od teorijskih vrijednosti.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis covers the topic of phase shifted full bridge DC-DC converters and converter control methods. It includes explanations of the design process and factors that must be taken into account in the design. It also analyses parasitic elements of the transformer and their loss-affecting adverse effects. Converter control with conventional pulse width modulation and phase shifted pulse width modulation is described, and the difference in control explained. Transformer parameters were designed based on theoretical considerations. These were used by my co-mentor to make the transformer and to measure converter parameters. Responses were obtained and deviations from theoretical values explained.
