Abstract
U radu je opisan sustav upravljanja razinom čelika u kokili upotrebom linearnog kvadratnog Gaussovog regulatora u prostoru varijabli stanja. Sinteza regulatora je napravljena unutar Matlaba gdje se zadaju uvjeti regulacije kao što su matrica troška odstupanja varijabli stanja i matrica troška pogreške izlaza procesa. Simulacija je implementirana u Simulink-u, unutar kojeg se prate sve veličine procesa kao i upravljanje procesom. Na grafovima su prikazani rezultati simulacije gdje se vidi učinak regulacije i predikcije varijabli stanja. Također, napravljena je simulacija upravljanja procesom unutar Tia Portala, zajedno s HMI-em gdje korisnik ima mogućnost prikaza odziva procesa i sustava upravljanja.
Abstract (english)
The paper describes a system for controlling the level of steel in a mold using a linear square Gaussian regulator in the state space. The controller synthesis is performed using Matlab, where the control conditions are set, such as the cost matrix of the deviation of the state variables and the cost matrix of the process output error. The simulation is implemented in Simulink, where all process values as well as process control are monitored. The simulation results are presented in the form of time plots, where the control performance and state variable prediction can be seen. Also, a process control simulation was created within the Tia Portal, together with the HMI, where the user can display the time responses of the process and the control system.
