Abstract
Maxwelov model najpotpuniji je matematički model korišten u elektrotehnici, a temelji se na teoriji o elektromagnetskim poljima. Osnove ovog modela su četiri Maxwellove jednadžbe. U teoriji mreža koristi se Kirchhoffov model s ciljem predviđanja električkih prilika u stvarnim mrežama. Stvarna mreža je u tom modelu modelirana mrežom s koncentriranim elementima ili tzv. Kirchhoffovom mrežom koja se analizira korištenjem Kirchhoffovih zakona. Zadatak ovog rada je pokazati kako se Maxwellov model može svesti na, jednostavniji za primjenu, Kirchhoffov model kada su ispunjeni uvjeti znani kao postulate teorije mreža. Nakon izvoda Kirchhoffovih zakona provedena je analiza fizikalnih procesa vezanih uz određene naprave u mrežama te je naglasak stavljen na dvojbe vezane za primjenu Kirchhoffovih zakona. Na kraju rada spomenuta su dva primjera iz prakse u kojima je cilj ukazati na valnu prirodu elektromagnetskih pojava koja u analizi mreža uobičajeno nije razmatrana.
Abstract (english)
Maxwell's model is the most complete mathematical model used in electrical engineering that is established on the theory of electromagnetic fields. Foundations of this model are four Maxwell's equations. Kirchhoff’s model is used in circuit theory in order to predict electrical behavior of physical circuits. In this model, physical circuit is modeled as lumped-element circuit or so-called Kirchhoff's circuit that is analyzed by the use of Kirchhoff's Laws. The goal of this paper is to present how can Maxwell’s model be reduced to much simpler Kirchhoff’s model when conditions known as the circuit theory postulates are satisfied. After the Kirchhoff’s laws derivation, analysis of physical phenomena associated with the certain circuit devices was conducted with the emphasis on doubts concerning Kirchhoff’s laws application. Ultimately, two practical examples are mentioned where the aim is to demonstrate the wave nature of electromagnetic field that is commonly overlooked in circuit analysis.
