Abstract
Primarni cilj ovog završnog rada je proučavanje mjerenja parametara vina, te postojećih načina za provedbu tih mjerenja. Nakon toga predstavljeno je jednostavnije rješenje koje može obavljati relativno precizna mjerenja, uz manju cijenu izrade. Rješenje se sastoji od prikupljanja elektroničkih elemenata potrebnih za realizaciju ovakvog uređaja, te nakon toga izrade elektroničke sheme gdje su svi elementi povezani i u funkciji. Nadalje, u aplikaciji Tinkercad dizajniran je i izrađen 3D model kućišta koji će držati sve elektroničke elemente na mjestu na kompaktan način. Ovaj uređaj, pomoću male peristaltičke pumpe dovodi vino na prikladno mjesto, te nakon obavljenih mjerenja ispire cijevi s vodom tako da uređaj bude spreman za nova mjerenja. Također, pomoću spektrometrijskog senzora, vrši mjerenja parametara u vinu, te određuje njihove količine.
Abstract (english)
The main goal of this thesis is studying the measurements of wine parameters and the current implementations of these measurements. After discovering the current ways of measuring the parameters, a simpler solution was presented which can perform relatively precise measurements while being cheaper to manufacture. The solution is comprised of gathering electronic components necessary for designing a device like this and making a schematic which contains all the listed components. Secondly, a 3D model, which will house the components in a compact way, was designed and built in Tinkercad. This device can bring a small amount of wine on the appropriate spot using a small peristaltic pump and when the measuring is completed, it washes away the remaining wine with water, so the device is ready for the next measurement. Using the spectrometric sensor, the device measures all the necessary parameters in the wine and determines their quantities.
