Abstract
Povijesno gledano, organizacija događaja uključivala je ručno vođenje dokumenata o događajima i često složene postupke za prikupljanje informacija o sudionicima. Zahvaljujući digitalizaciji, organizatori mogu brzo i efikasno upravljati događajima putem web aplikacija, pojednostavljujući korisničko iskustvo organizacije i prijave na događaje. Web aplikacijom za planiranje događaja s automatskim odabirom kandidata postignut je cilj pojednostavljivanja organizacije događaja. Organizatori događaja sami postavljaju tražene vještine sudionika, po kojima se tada prijavljeni sudionici automatski rangiraju. Zahtjevi na navedenu web aplikaciju prikazani su u obliku korisničkih priča, a ona je implementirana pomoću programskih tehnologija Angular, Spring boot i PostgreSQL. Anketa o korisničkom iskustvu provedena je nad petnaest korisnika u kojoj su se otkrile prednosti i mane rješenja web aplikacije završnog rada. Zaključno, implementacija web aplikacije završnog rada ispunila je glavne ciljeve kao što je automatski odabir kandidata i fleksibilnost odabira kriterija, ali ima mjesta iza poboljšanja i izmjene.
Abstract (english)
From a historical perspective, event organization involved manual record-keeping of eventrelated documents and often complex procedures for gathering participant information. Thanks to digitalization, organizers can now efficiently manage events via web applications, thus simplifying the user experience for event organization and registration. The goal of simplifying event organization has been achieved through a web application for event planning with automatic candidate selection. Event organizers set the desired participant skills, based on which registered participants are automatically ranked. Requirements for this web application are presented in the form of user stories and the application itself has been implemented using programming technologies such as Angular, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL. A user experience survey was conducted with fifteen users, revealing the strengths and weaknesses of the web application. Web application has met its main objectives, such as automatic candidate selection and flexibility in criteria selection. However, there is room for improvement and modification.
