Abstract
Sustavi pametnog obračunskog mjerenja razvijeni su primarno iz potrebe olakšavanja prikupljanja podataka. Implementacijom takvih sustava u postojeći elektroenergetski sustav distributeri i korisnici mogu ostvariti značajne uštede. U ovom završnom radu opisane su metode tradicionalnog obračunskog mjerenja i arhitektura pametnog obračunskog sustava. Objašnjeni su troškovi i koristi koji nastaju implementacijom te su prikazani trenutni svjetski trendovi implementacije i planovi za budućnost.
Abstract (english)
Smart metering systems were developed primarily from the need to facilitate data collection. By implementing such systems into existing power systems, distributors and users can achieve significant savings. This final paper describes the methods of traditional measurements and the architecture of smart metering systems. The costs and savings from the implementation are explained, and presented are the current world implementation trends and plans for the future.
