Abstract
U današnje vrijeme u širokoj uporabi su 4G mobilne mreže te je stoga za praćenje i kontinuirano poboljšavanje kvalitete usluge potrebno mjeriti i analizirati ključne pokazatelje uspješnosti. U ovom diplomskom radu analizirani su odabrani pokazatelji uspješnosti primjenom TEMS Investigation programskog alata. Nad izmjerenim podatcima u mobilnim mrežama tri operatera provedena je statistička analiza korištenjem histograma i kumulativne funkcije distribucije relevantnih ključnih pokazatelja uspješnosti 4G mobilne mreže. U ovom diplomskom radu ključni pokazatelji uspješnosti koji se koriste u analizi su pokazatelji jakosti i kvalitete signala te pokazatelji vezani za propusnost. Usporedbom rezultata za tri operatora uočeno je da je srednja jakost signala, kvaliteta signala te propusnost značajno veća za mrežu MM3 u odnosu na druge dvije mreže za koje je provedena analiza.
Abstract (english)
abstract: Nowadays, 4G networks are in widespread use and because of that it is important to monitor and continually improve quality of service so key performance indicators can be measured and analyzed. In this thesis certain key performance indicators were analyzed using TEMS Investigation program. Statistical analysis has been conducted on measured data of the three different mobile network operators using histograms and cumulative distribution functions of the relevant key performance indicators for 4G networks. In this thesis key performance indicators used in analysis are indicators of strength and quality of signal as well as indicators of throughput. By comparing these results it can be observed that signal strength, quality of signal and throughput is noticeably higher for mobile network MM3 than other two mobile networks where the analysis has been conducted.
