Abstract
Završni rad bavi se procesom redizajna korisničkog sučelja i korisničkog iskustva mobilne aplikacije i mrežne stranice za autobusni prijevoz putnika. Rad obuhvaća povijesni pregled razvoja dizajna, definiranje ključnih pojmova vezanih uz korisničko sučelje i iskustvo te analizu njihovog doprinosa poslovnoj vrijednosti. Naglašava se važnost izrade kvalitetnog dizajna u digitalnom okruženju te se identificiraju problemi postojećeg zastarjelog sučelja. Sveobuhvatni pristup redizajnu sastoji se od nekoliko ključnih faza. Proces započinje temeljitom analizom tržišta i postojećih funkcionalnosti, pružajući čvrstu osnovu za daljnji razvoj. Sljedeći korak uključuje detaljno istraživanje korisničkih potreba i preferencija što omogućuje stvaranje rješenja prilagođenih stvarnim zahtjevima korisnika. Na temelju prikupljenih saznanja pristupa se izradi optimiziranih navigacijskih tokova nakon čega slijedi faza prototipiranja i vizualizacije novog dizajna. Proces kulminira opsežnim testiranjem upotrebljivosti, osiguravajući da konačno rješenje ne samo da rješava prepoznate probleme već i značajno unapređuje cjelokupno korisničko iskustvo i zadovoljstvo.
Abstract (english)
The final thesis focuses on redesigning the user interface and user experience of a mobile application and website for bus passenger transport. It includes an overview of design history, defines key concepts in user interface and experience, and analyzes their impact on business value. The thesis emphasizes the importance of quality design in digital environments and identifies issues with the current outdated interface. The comprehensive redesign approach consists of several key phases. It begins with a thorough market analysis and assessment of existing functionalities, providing a solid foundation for further development. This is followed by in-depth research into user needs and preferences, enabling the creation of solutions tailored to actual user requirements. Based on these insights, the process moves to developing optimized navigation flows, followed by prototyping and visualizing the new design. The project culminates in extensive usability testing, ensuring that the final solution not only addresses identified problems but also significantly enhances overall user experience and satisfaction.
