Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu istražen je dostupan dio ISA 112 standarda. Opisani su razlozi zašto je standard ISA112 bitan i potreban u industrijskom svijetu. Detaljno je objašnjena arhitektura modela SCADA sustava koja je dana dijagramom u sklopu ISA112 standarda. Prema ISA112 dostupnom dijagramu životnog ciklusa SCADA sustava analizirani su ključni aspekti životnog ciklusa SCADA sustava uključujući faze dizajna, razvoja, izgradnje sustava, njegove nadogradnje i održavanja. Navedeni su izazovi u primjeni ovog standarda, ali i savjeti kako ih izbjeći. Razrađeni su troškovi pojedinih faza životnog ciklusa SCADA sustava, te je objašnjena isplativost cjelokupne implementacije jednog takvog sustava. Na kraju su na jednom stvarnom primjeru prikazani troškovi životnog ciklusa SCADA sustava. Zaključno, ISA112 standard pomoći će stvoriti vrlo sigurne, pouzdane i učinkovite sustave za nadzor i upravljanje.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the available part of the ISA 112 standard was investigated. The reasons why the ISA 112 standard is important and necessary in the industrial world are described. The architecture of the SCADA system model, which is given in a diagram as part of the ISA112 standard, is explained in detail. According to the ISA112 available diagram of the life cycle of the SCADA system, the key aspects of the life cycle of the SCADA system were analyzed, including the phases of design, development, fabrication of the system, its upgrading and maintenance. Challenges in the application of this standard are listed, as well as advice on how to avoid them. The costs of individual phases of the life cycle of the SCADA system were elaborated, and the profitability of the entire implementation of such a system was explained. At the end, the life cycle costs of the SCADA system are presented on a real example. In conclusion, the ISA112 standard will help create highly secure, reliable and efficient monitoring and management systems.
