Abstract
U završnom radu opisana su osnovna fizikalna načela rada rashladnog uređaja. Uvidom u pogon rashladnog sustava u proizvodnji mliječnih prerađevina „MEGGLE Hrvatska d.o.o.“ opisana je funkcija i način upravljanja komponenti rashladnog sustava. Osnovni proizvod rashladnog sustava je ledena voda koja se kasnije pomoću pumpi dovodi potrošačima. U sklopu rashladnog sustava nalaze se kompresori, ventilatori, pumpe i miješalice koje kao pogonske strojeve koriste elektromotore. U završnom radu nalazi se izračun potrošnje električne energije pogona za ljetni i zimski režim rada.
Abstract (english)
This final paper describes a physical principle of how a refrigerating device operates. After examining the facility of refrigerating system in the production of dairy products „MEGGLE Hrvatska d.o.o.“, function and management of the components in the refrigerating system has been described. The main product of the refrigerating system is ice water which is later lead to consumers by pumps. As part of the refrigerating system there are compressors, fans, pumps and mixers which as drive machines use electric motors. The final paper contains calculations of power consumption of the facility for the summer and winter mode.
