Abstract
U ovom radu je napravljen programski blok za generiranje referentnog signala S oblika. S-rampa je dobila ime po svojem obliku koji podsjeća na slovo S. Oblik krivulje se dobije integriranjem linearne rampe koja ovdje predstavlja akceleraciju. Prednost S-rampe je ta što se vrijednost akceleracije može kontrolirati. Upravljanje brzinom promjene je proces u kojem se brzina kontinuirano povećava ili smanjuje. Sustav upravljanja brzine je bitan u automatizaciji pogona kako bi se dobili precizni pomaci. U programu CoDeSys je izrađena jednostavna vizualizacija programa.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, a program block has been created to generate the reference S signal. The S-ramp is named because its shape resembles the letter S. The shape of the curve is obtained by integrating the linear ramp that represent acceleration. The advantage of the S-ramp is that the value of the acceleration can be controlled. Ramping is a process in which the speed continuously increases or decreases. The speed control system is essential in automation to get precise movements. A simple visualisation of the program was made in CoDeSys.
