Abstract
Mjerenje protoka je važan dio proizvodnog procesa, to je osnovna fizikalna veličina koja se mjeri u industrijskim pogonima. Razlikujemo volumni protok i maseni protok. Protok je moguće mjeriti: mehaničkim mjerilima, vrtlogom, Coriolisovim silama, toplinskim postupkom, magnetsko-induktivnim postupkom, ultrazvučnim mjerenjem i optičkim mjerenjem. Ultrazvučno mjerenje protoka se dijeli na: mjerenje protoka preko razlike brzine ultrazvuka (metoda razlike tranzitnih vremena) i mjerenje protoka promjenom frekvencije ultrazvuka (metoda Dopplerovog efekt). Inline uređaji koji mjere metodom razlike tranzitnih vremena su jako precizni uređaji, uređaji dugog vijeka trajanja i jakih performansi. Clamp-on uređaji su mobilni uređaji, jednostavni za instalaciju i korištenje. Ovi uređaji u sustavima nadzora i upravljanje komuniciraju putem protokola HART.
Abstract (english)
Flow measurement is a important part of the manufacturing process, this is the basic physical size that is measured in industrial sections.We differentiate volume flow and mass flow. The flow can be measured by: mechanical gauges, vortex, Coriolis forces, thermal process, magnetic induction, ultrasonic measurement and optical measurement. The ultrasonic flow measurement is divided into: flow measurement across ultrasonic differences (transitional time difference method) and flow measurement by frequency of ultrasound (Doppler effect method). Inline devices measuring by the transitional time difference method are highly precision devices, long life devices, and strong performance. Clamp-on devices are mobile devices, easy to install and use. These devices in supervision system and controling, they comunicate trough HART protocol.
