Abstract
U ovom završnom radu opisani su memristor i njegova svojstva, način rada te primjena u analognim sklopovima. Memristor je elektronička komponenta koja definira odnos između dvije elektromagnetske veličine, a to su: magnetski tok i električni naboj. Postoje brojne moguće primjene u elektrotehnici kao što je izrada programabilnih analognih sklopova. Zbog svojstva pamćenja memristor također ima veliki potencijal u primjeni za izradu memorije. U ovom radu je opisano nekoliko različitih primjena memristora u analognim sklopovima te su navedene primjene potkrepljene simulacijom u razvojnom okruženju LTSpice. U simulacijama su korištena tri SPICE modela memristora s unaprijed dogovorenim karakteristikama.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, memristors and their properties have been described, as well as the way they work and their usage in analog circuits. Memristor is an electronic component that defines the relation between two electromagnetic units, magnetic flux and electrical charge. Thera are numerous aplications of memristors in electrical engineering, such as them being used in the production od analog circuits. Because of their memory abilities, memristors play a big role in digital application in memory. This paper described a few different applications of memristor in analog circuits which have been tested in simulation i Ltspice. Simulations used three SPICE models of memristor with pre-arranged characteristics.
