Abstract
Ovaj završni rad predstavlja usporedbu između starijeg i novijeg modela projektno usmjerene edukacijske platforme NI ELVIS II i NI ELVIS III koje je razvila tvrtka National Instruments. Napisane su hardverske značajke obje platforme te je provedena usporedba. Također su prikazane softverske značajke i podrška svake od platformi. Proučena je mogućnost primjene NI ELVIS-a III u testiranju električnih strojeva i pogona, kao i utjecaj koncepta učenja uz NI ELVIS na nastavu i izvođenje laboratorijskih vježbi.
Abstract (english)
This final thesis presents comparison between older and newer model, the NI ELVIS II and the NI ELVIS III project-oriented educational platforms developed by company National Instruments. The hardware features of both platforms were written and comparison was made. The software features and support of each of the platforms are also shown. The possibility of applying NI ELVIS III in testing of electrical machines and drives was studied, as well as the influence of the concept of learning with NI ELVIS on lectures and performing laboratory exercises.
