Abstract
U današnje doba obnovljivih izvora energije veliki je fokus na solarnoj energiji i energiji vjetra dok se nešto manje ulaže u izvore kao što je energija morskih valova. Obnovljivi izvori energije su atraktivna alternativa fosilnim gorivima zbog toga što su neiscrpan i čist izvor energije tijekom rada. Energija morskih valova je globalno raspoloživ resurs koji se smatra jednim od tehnologija s najvećim potencijalnim razvojem od obnovljivih izvora energije. U završnom radu prikazana je podjela tehnologija za iskorištavanje energije valova. Za svaki tip pojedine tehnologije je navedeno jedan ili više primjera. Na kraju je izvršena usporedba učinkovitosti različitih tipova tehnologija valnih pretvarača
Abstract (english)
In this day and age of renewables, there is a big focus on solar and wind energy, while slightly less investment is made in sources such as sea wave energy. Renewables are an attractive alternative to fossil fuels because they are an inexhaustible and clean source of energy during operation. Marine wave energy is a globally available resource considered one of the technologies with the greatest potential development from renewable energy sources. The final paper presents the division of technologies for the exploitation of wave energy. For each type of individual technology, one or more examples are given. In the end, a comparison was made between the effectiveness of different types of wave converter technologies.
