Abstract	U ovom radu opisan je sadržaj i postupak kreiranja baze video sekvenci s prisutnim artefaktom smrzavanja. Artefakt se manifestira na način da se pri reprodukciji ponavlja posljednji ispravno preneseni okvir video signala. Detekcija artefakata vrši se specijaliziranim algoritmima, a u ovom radu proučavan je način rada, kao i uspješnost detekcije HBFDA i RTFDA algoritma nad do sada objavljenim bazama video sekvenci. Sve baze su proučene, detektirani su njihovi nedostaci, a izrada nove baze video sekvenci temeljena je na dobivenim rezultatima analize. Video sekvence od kojih je formirana nova, SMVS FullHD baza podataka, različitog su sadržaja, no sadrže malu količinu vremenskih promjena unutar cjelokupne video sekvence. Na kraju rada predstavljeni su rezultati izvršenja implementiranih algoritama nad generiranim sekvencama novostvorene baze.
Abstract (english)	This paper describes the content and procedure of creating a database of video sequences with the presence of a freezing artifact. The artifact manifests itself in the way that the last correctly transmitted frame of the video signal is repeated during playback. Artifacts are detected using specialized algorithms, and in this work, the method of detection was described, as well as the detection success of the HBFDA and RTFDA algorithms over the video sequence databases published so far. All databases were studied, their shortcomings were detected, and the creation of a new database of video sequences was based on the results of the analysis. The video sequences from which the new, SMVS FullHD database was formed, have different content, but contain a small amount of time changes within the entire video sequence. At the end of the paper, the results of the implementation of the given algorithms on the video sequences of the new database are presented.
