Abstract
Dobro vođenje projekta vrlo je bitno za konačnu dobru realizaciju projekta. Bitno je dobro se upoznati s gradilištem i elektrotehničkim projektom kako bi se na vrijeme mogle poduzimati eventualne korekcije. Međusobna komunikacija svih izvođača vrlo je bitna iz razloga što su jedni drugima potrebni za dobru realizaciju projekta. Pri radu se treba pripaziti na sigurnost i zaštitu svih radnika i ljudi koji se mogu naći na gradilištu, a radnike je potrebno rasporediti prema trenutnoj situaciji posla na gradilištu. Nakon završetka posla potrebno je provesti sva ispitivanja koja su propisana te pripremiti svu dokumentaciju za tehnički pregled nakon kojeg se posao smatra zaključenim.
Abstract (english)
Good project management is very important for the final good realization of the project. It is important to get well acquainted with the construction site and the electrical project so that possible corrections can be made in time. Mutual communication of all contractors is very important because they need each other for a good project implementation. When working, care should be taken to ensure the safety and protection of all workers and people who may be on the construction site, and workers should be assigned according to the current job situation on the construction site. After the completion of the work, it is necessary to carry out all the tests that are prescribed and prepare all the documentation for the technical inspection after which the work is considered concluded.
