Abstract
U ovom završnom radu prikazan je povijesni razvoj materijala i tehnologija pri izradi baterija. Objašnjen je princip rada same baterije te koji su to sve elementi potrebni kako bi se mogla izraditi. Detaljno su pojašnjeni i navedeni različiti tipovi sustava pohrane električne energije kao što su: elektrokemijski, kemijski i električni. Stvarna područja primjene te prednosti i nedostatci pojedinih podsustava opisuju prošle i trenutne zahtjeve sustava za pohranu električne energije. Nadalje su opisani različiti tipovi materijalnih struktura i postupaka dobivanja pojedinih materijala za izradu ključnih komponenata bez kojih niti jedna baterija ne bi mogla funkcionirati. Mogući pravci razvoja sustava za pohranu električne energije ukazuju na probleme i novonastale zahtjeve trenutne uporabe istih te moguća unaprjeđenja koja su vrlo vjerojatno ostvariva u bliskoj budućnosti.
Abstract (english)
This final paper presents the historical development of materials and technologies in the manufacture of batteries. The principle of operation of the battery itself is explained and the elements needed to be able to construct it. Different types of electricity storage systems are explained and listed in detail, such as electrochemical, chemical, and electrical. The actual areas of application and the advantages and disadvantages of individual subsystems describe the past and current requirements of the electricity storage system. Furthermore, different types of material structures and procedures for obtaining individual materials for the manufacture of critical components without which no battery could function have been described. Possible directions in the development of electricity storage systems indicate problems and new requirements for their current use, as well as possible improvements that are very likely to be shortly feasible.
