Abstract
SAŽETAK Cilj rada je napraviti simulator PLC-a za sekvencu izmjene radnih valjaka pri procesu toplog valjanja materijala pri čemu se zahtjeva, osim automatskog tijeka izvršavanja i realizacija ručnih naredbi koje se koriste u slučajevima pojave kvara u sustavu. Programsko rješenje i korisničko sučelje su napravljeni u Siemens-ovom programskom paketu - Tia Portal. Napravljeno korisničko sučelje daje informacije o stanju koraka, stanjima procesnih veličina koje se simuliraju uz mogućnost odabiranja načina rada te zaustavljanja procedure.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this paper is to make simulator for work roll change in process of hot rolling material. It includes automatic and manual mode of working; automatic for normal operation, manual in cases of emergency or system failure. The software solution and HMI are made in the Siemens software package - Tia Portal with purpose for implementation on PLC. The created HMI provides information about the state of steps and process variables that are simulated with possibility of selecting operating mode and stopping the procedure.
