Abstract
Ovaj rad istražuje, projektira, izrađuje i testira se automatizirani sustav za čišćenje podova. Glavni cilj bio je razviti model sustava koji se može samostalno kretati, prepoznati i izbjegavati prepreke te upravljati i prikazati trenutnu poziciju kroz mobilnu aplikaciju. U teorijskom dijelu objašnjavaju se problem rada, kao što su prepoznavanje prepreka, njihovo izbjegavanje, praćenje prijeđenog puta i razvoj mobilne aplikacije. Poslije teorijskog dijela slijedi opis u koracima sklapanja komponenti odnosno pravljenja hardware-a samog podnog čistaća . Nakon sklopovskog dijela slijedi detaljan opis programskog rješenja, samog čistaća i mobilne aplikacije, koji je potkrijepljen grafičkim prikazima. Testiranje je obuhvatilo provjeru rada sustava, prepoznavanje i izbjegavanje prepreka te praćenje trenutne pozicije. Rezultati su prikazani grafički, a metodologija testiranja je detaljno objašnjena. U zaključku se naglašava važnost senzora za rad automatizirani sustav za čišćenje podova te predložena rješenja poboljšanja za optimizaciju sustava, poput korištenja više ultrazvučnih senzora i adekvatnih četki. Rad završava s pregledom izazova u pravljenju automatiziranog sustava za čišćenje podova i načina na koje su riješeni, kao i opisom korištenih komponenti.
Abstract (english)
This paper explores, designs, develops, and tests an automated floor cleaning system. The main objective was to develop a model that can move autonomously, recognize and avoid obstacles, and manage and display its position through a mobile application. The theoretical part explains the operational issues such as obstacle recognition, avoidance, path tracking, and mobile application development. Following the theoretical part is a step-by-step description of assembling the components, i.e., the hardware of the floor cleaner. After the hardware section, there is a detailed description of the software solution, including the cleaner itself and the mobile application, supported by graphical representations. Testing included verifying the system's operation, obstacle recognition and avoidance, and position tracking. The results are presented graphically, and the testing methodology is thoroughly explained. In conclusion, the importance of sensors for the operation of the automated floor cleaning system is emphasized, and proposed solutions for system optimization are suggested, such as using more ultrasonic sensors and suitable brushes. The paper concludes with an overview of the challenges faced in creating the automated floor cleaning system and the ways these challenges were addressed, along with a list of the literature used and a description of the components.
