Abstract
Sinkroni generator skup je i izrazito važan stroj. Prestanak njegovog rada može nanijeti veliku materijalnu štetu, stoga je vrlo važan pristup zaštiti takvog stroja. Zaštita sinkronog generatora izvodi se na način prepoznavanja problema prije nego li je nastao. Trajni nadzor bitnih parametara sprječava greške koje bi mogle donijeti trajna isključenja što nikako nije poželjno u slučaju strojeva dimenzija kakve zahtjeva sinkroni generator. Prenapon koji se može pojaviti na stroju može svojim zadržavanjem načiniti štetu na izolaciji unutarnjih namota, te izbaciti stroj iz upotrebe na duži vremenski period. Sinkroni strojevi, uglavnom, velikih su dimenzija te je servis izrazito nepraktičan. Upravo zbog toga zaštita sinkronog generatora štiti stroj od nastanka problema prije nego li on stvori trajno oštećenje. Prenaponska zaštita svoju ulogu odigrava na način odvođenja viška naboja preko iskrišta katodnih odvodnika. Za manje prenapone koriste se i releji koji odrađuju danju regulaciju upravljanja strojem te tako stabiliziraju parametre stroja.
Abstract (english)
A synchronous generator is a very expensive and highly important machine. The malfunction of a generator can cause great material damage. Therefore, the approach towards the protections of such machine is of high importance. The protection of synchronous generator is performed in a way to recognize the problem before it appears. Constant monitoring of essential parameters prevents errors that could cause permanent shutdown which is certainly not desirable in the case of machines of proportions such as synchronous generator. The overvoltage that occurs on the machine can cause damage to the insulation of internal coil and ultimately throw the machine out of use for a longer period of time. Due to their large dimensions, synchronous machines are extremely impractical to repair and because of that the protection of synchronous generator prevents permanent damage of the machine. Overvoltage protection plays its role by taking excess charge via spark gaps in the cathode arresters. Voltage relays are used for smaller surges. They perform further regulation of the machine and thus stabilize the parameters of the machine.
