Abstract
Odrađena je teorijska pozadina za dostupnu maketu polumosnog izmjenjivača koji koristi sinusnu pulsno-širinsku modulaciju. Koristeći polumosni spoj smanjuje se broj energetskih komponenata, a samim time i kompleksnost upravljačke logike. Primjenjujući sinusnu pulsno-širinsku modulaciju za upravljanje rada upravljivih ventila (MOSFET-a) postiže se dobivanje sinusnog napona na izlazu izmjenjivača. Prednost ove metode upravljanja je što se može regulirati amplituda i frekvencija osnovnog harmonika napona na izlazu, pa je pogodan za skalarno upravljanje elektromotornih pogona. Nedostatak ove metode upravljanja je što u dobivenoj sinusnoj struji postoji puno harmonika čiji utjecaj se može ublažiti na zanemarive vrijednosti tako da se koriste velike sklopne frekvencije. Odrađeni su teorijski izračuni vrijednosti koje se kasnije uspoređivalo sa rezultatima simulacije izrađenih u programskom paketu MATLAB-a Simulink. Rezultati izračuna i simulacije su potom uspoređeni sa mjerenjima na maketi te se ustvrdilo da maketa je ispravna (nakon izrade novog upravljačkog programa u programskom jeziku C). Na kraju dat je prijedlog kako implementirati Arduino pločicu na maketu kao poboljšanje.
Abstract (english)
Basic theory is presented for available model of the half-bridge rectifier that uses sine pulse-width modulation. Using half-bridge topology the number of power electronic components is decreased and with that the complexity of control logic. Using sine pulse-width modulation for controlling the MOSFETs it is possible to get sine voltage output on connections of the rectifier. The advantage of this control method is the ability to regulate amplitude and frequency of first order harmonic of voltage output. The disadvantage of this method is a high number of non-first order harmonics in the current output whose impact can almost be nullified by using high frequency switching of power electronics. For the available model theoretical results were calculated and were compared to the results given by the program packet Matlab(Simulink). Later those results were a reference for measured results on the available model. The results of measuring confirmed that the model was working properly (after making new control program via coding in C code). In the end a suggestion was given how to improve the model by adding Arduino programing board to it.
