Abstract
U završnom radu opisan je proces proizvodnje cijevi za ventilaciju. Proces se sastoji od dva dijela: proizvodnje spiralnih cijevi i proizvodnje pravokutnih cijevi. Osim glavnih strojeva za svaki od tih dijelova procesa – stroj za izradu spiralnih cijevi i stroj za izradu pravokutnih cijevi – postoje i strojevi koji se mogu koristiti u oba dijela procesa kao što je univerzalni stroj za oblikovanje šavova. U dijelu procesa za proizvodnju spiralnih cijevi postoji i stroj za izradu koljena cijevi, dok u dijelu procesa za proizvodnju pravokutnih cijevi postoji stroj za spajanje šavova cijevi.
Abstract (english)
The final thesis describes the process of manufacturing of ventilation pipes. Process consists of two parts: the production of spiral pipes and the production of rectangle pipes. In addition to the main machines for each of the process parts – spiral former machine and duct forming machine – there are machines that can be used in both parts of the process such as a universal lockforming machine. In a part of the process for the production of the spiral pipes there is also a elbow making machine, while in a part of the process for the production of rectangle pipes there is also a duct seamer machine.
