Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu izrađeni su i objašnjeni dijelovi hidrauličke jedinice, njezin rad te uloga u tvornicama čelika. Zatim objašnjeni su valjački stanovi i razlog izmjene valjačkih stanova. Objašnjeni su aktuatori koji sudjeluju u zamjeni valjačkog stana te on-off ventili pomoću kojih se upravlja hidrauličkim aktuatorima. Objašnjeni su tipovi senozora koji se upotrebljavaju prilikom zamjene valjačkih stanova te kod kojih aktuatora se upotrebljavaju. Pojašnjen je princip ručnog upravljanja aktuatorima i kada se on upotrebljava. Zatim je pojašnjen način izrade simulatora. U tablicama su navedeni uvjeti koji su potrebni prilikom rada aktuatora i hidraulike. U radu se upotrijebila simulacija motora i pretvarača te je pojašnjeno na koji način komunicira PLC i pretvarač te kakav odziv brzine vrtnje ima motor pri zaletu. Navedeni su komunikacijski paketi koji se upotrjebljavaju u komunikaciji PLC-a i pretvarača te skaliranje referentne i trenutne brzine. Na samome kraju objašnjena je izrada dvije sekvence za izmjenu valjačkog stana. Svaka sekvenca ima određeni broj koraka i uvjete za početak.
Abstract (english)
Hydraulic unit and its function in steelmaking industry is described in this thesis. The rolling mill and reasons for stand replacement are described. An explanation of how actuators and on-off valves take part in stand replacement is also provided. The important role of manualy operating stand replacement by actuators is described. This thesis also explains how the simulation of actuators and sensors is done. The list of permissives that need to be satisfied before actuators and hydraulic unit start are provided. Also mentioned are the comunication packages that are used for comunication between PLC and converters. Two automatic sequences of stand replacement are explained. Each sequence has an exact number of steps and permissives that need to be done before the sequence can start.
