Abstract
Kroz ovaj diplomski rad izrađen je laboratorijski postav automatiziranog elektromotornog pogona s PROFINET komunikacijom. Objašnjen je ISO/OSI referentni model na kojem se temelje svi komunikacijski protokoli. Zatim su opisane osnovne karakteristike Modbus, CANopen, EtherNet/IP, PROFIBUS i PROFINET komunikacijskih protokola koji se često koriste za komunikaciju uređaja u industriji. Opisane su karakteristike svih uređaja korištenih u izradi laboratorijskog postava automatiziranog elektromotornog pogona ovog diplomskog rada. Prikazane su upute i svi potrebni koraci za ostvarivanje laboratorijskog postava. To uključuje parametriranje frekvencijskih pretvarača VACON 100 INDUSTRIAL u programu VACON Live te konfiguriranje i ostvarivanje PROFINET komunikacije, putem PROFIdrive ST1, između PLC uređaja CPU-a 1214C AC/DC/Relay i frekvencijskih pretvarača u programu TIA Portal. Rađena su dva primjera automatiziranog elektromotornog pogona i za vrijeme rada su odrađena mjerenja njegovih osnovnih veličina. Grafički su prikazane i komentirane veličine kao što su napon, struja, brzina vrtnje i moment.
Abstract (english)
Through this master's thesis the laboratory model of automated electromotive drive with PROFINET communication is made. ISO/OSI reference model on which all communication protocols are based is explained. Then the basic characteristics of Modbus, CANopen, EtherNet/IP, PROFIBUS and PROFINET communication protocols, which are often used to communication between devices in the industry, are described. The characteristics of all devices used in making of the laboratory model of automated electromotive drive of this master's thesis are described. The instructions and all required steps to accomplish the laboratory model are presented. This includes parameterization of VACON 100 INDUSTRIAL frequency converters in VACON Live and configuring and accomplishing PROFINET communication, via PROFIdrive ST1, between the PLC device CPU 1214C AC/DC/Relay and frequency converters in TIA Portal. Two examples of automated electromotive drive were made and measurements of its basic values were made during operation. Values such as voltage, current, speed and torque are graphically represented and commented.
