Abstract
U ovom završnom radu cilj je opisati i pojasniti utjecaj sprege na kakvoću regulacije u sustavu upravljanja višedimenzionalnog procesa na modelu miješalice tople vode s dva ulaza i dva izlaza. Postojanje sprege u višedimenzionalnim procesima je uzrokovano zbog prirodne višestruke ovisnosti između ulaznih i izlaznih procesnih veličina. Sprega u višedimenzionalnom procesu može izazvati značajan utjecaj na stabilnost sustava upravljanja. Poboljšanje kakvoće regulacije moguće je postići i određenom korekcijom parametara glavnih regulatora. Kada su sprege jače i/ili kada su dosta visoki zahtjevi na kakvoću, tada se moraju projektirati rasprežni regulatori. Uvođenjem rasprežnih regulatora u višedimenzionalni regulacijski krug dobije se sustav koji se može promatrati kao dva odvojena (raspregnuta) regulacijska kruga, pa se glavni regulatori mogu projektirati nekom od metoda za jednodimenzionalne regulacijske krugove te postići željenu kakvoću regulacije izlaza višedimenzionalnog procesa, iako je prisutna sprega u procesu.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, the aim is to describe and explain the influence of coupling on the quality of control in the multidimensional process control system on a model of a hot water mixer with two inlets and two outlets. The existence of coupling in multidimensional processes is caused by natural multiple dependence between input and output process variables. In the observed multidimensional process coupling can cause a significant impact on the stability of the control circuit. Improvement on the quality of regulation can be achieved by correcting certain parameters of the main regulators. When the couplings are stronger and / or when the quality requirements are quite high, coupling regulators must be implemented. By implementing decoupling regulators into a multidimensional control circuit, a system that can be viewed as two separate (decoupled) control circuits is obtained, so the main regulators can be designed by one of the methods for one-dimensional control circuits and achieve the desired quality of control output of a multidimensional process, although coupling is present in the process.
