Abstract
Nadomjesni parametri osnovnih elektroničkih komponenti mogu se izmjeriti efikasno i brzo s pomoću RLC-metra. Prije samih mjerenja potrebno je proučiti mogućnosti mjernog instrumenta, to jest dobro proučiti kako se s mjernim instrumentom rukuje te koje su njegove specifikacije. Nadomjesni parametri komponenata koji se mjere su: otpor, kapacitet, induktivitet i faktor dobrote. Mjerenja se provode na frekvenciji od 100Hz do 2kHz u 20 koraka. Rezultati dobiveni mjerenjem i očekivani rezultati mjerenja su slični kod otpornika, dok se kod kondenzatora i zavojnice u mjerenju se pojavljuju i veća odstupanja, zato što parazitska svojstva imaju veći utjecaj pri odabranom rasponu frekvencija.
Abstract (english)
Equivalent circuits of basic electronic components can be easily and quickly measured with RLC-meter. Before measuring it is necessary to have an understanding of the RLC-meter's functions and specifications. It is also necessary to know the theoretical values of electronic components and how they behave at different frequencies. Measured parameters are resistance, capacitance, inductance, and quality factor. Measurements are performed on the frequency range from 100Hz to 2kHz in 20 steps. Results of measurements on resistor values slightly differ from expected values, while with capacitors and coils there are larger deviations of measurements, that is because parasitic effects have a larger impact on those components under specified frequency range.
