Abstract
Cilj diplomskog rada bio je izraditi maketu jednostavnog sustava za pripremu fluida, upravljački panel na kojem se nalazi procesno računalo s ostalim potrebnim komponentama i sučelje za nadzor i upravljanje procesnim vrijednostima unutar makete. Nadzor i upravljanje maketom moguće je pomoću HMI sučelja koje je ujedno i glavni način nadzora i upravljanja, ali maketom se može upravljati i na dva udaljena načina. Prvi udaljeni način upravljanja nadzora koristi Siemensovu aplikaciju koja se može koristiti na prijenosnim računalima ili mobilnim uređajima dok je drugi udaljeni način upravljanja i nadzora web stranica. Koristeći HMI sučelje izrađena je aplikacija gdje je mogući odabir načina upravljanja, izmjena parametara upravljanja, pregled statusa i dozvola za rad, te mnoge druge opcije koje se koriste u industriji. Upravljački panel izrađen je na osnovu izgleda industrijskog upravljačkog ormara u kojem se nalaze sve potrebne komponente koje su potrebne za upravljanje i prikupljanje podataka. PLC je dio na upravljačkom panelu zadužen za prikupljanje, obradu i slanje podataka, te je povezan s računalom, maketom i internetskom mrežom. Izrađen je program za PLC koji će uzimati podatke sa sučelja za nadzor i upravljanje, te podatke s makete i na temelju tih ulaznih podataka podesiti svoje izlazne signale koji se šalju prema maketi i sučelju za nadzor i upravljanje. Osnovni način upravljanja je korištenje PID regulatora čiji izlazni signal se koristi za generiranje upravljačkog signala. Maketa za pripremu fluida se sastoji od dvije grupe, a to su senzori i aktuatori. Aktuatori su električna pumpa, električni grijač i proporcionalni ventil dok su senzori uređaji za mjerenje temperature,razine fluida i protoka. Problematika makete je održavanje fluida u spremniku koji ima otvor na dnu te održavanje temperature fluida uz sustave za sigurnost.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the thesis was to create a model of a simple fluid preparation system, a control panel with a process computer with other necessary components and an interface for monitoring and managing process values within the model. Monitoring and control of the model is possible using the HMI interface, which is also the main way of monitoring and management, but the model can be managed in two remote ways. The first remote monitoring method uses a Siemens application that can be used on laptops or mobile devices while the second is a remote management and monitoring website. Using the HMI interface, an application was created where it is possible to select management modes, change management parameters, view status and operating permits, and many other options used in the industry. The control panel is made based on the layout of the industrial control cabinet, which contains all the necessary components needed for management and data collection. The PLC is the part of the control panel in charge of collecting, processing and sending data and is connected to the computer, the model and the Internet. A PLC program has been created that will take data from the monitoring and control interface and data from the model, and based on this input data adjust its output signals that are sent to the model and the monitoring and control interface. The basic way of control is to use a PID controller whose output signal is used to generate a control signal. The model consists of two groups, namely sensors and actuators. Actuators are an electric pump, an electric heater and a proportional valve while the sensors are devices for measuring temperature, fluid level and flow. The problem with the model is the maintenance of fluid in the tank that has an opening in the bottom and the maintenance of fluid temperature with safety systems.
