The main goal of the final work was to study laboratory sources of the magnetic field in more detail. Laboratory magnetic field sources have a number of applications and can be used for obtaining a homogeneous magnetic field or a gradient magnetic field. The biggest their application is for the calibration of measuring equipment or for the cancellation of the earth's magnetic field in various experiments or measurements. In the second chapter, Fr. magnetic field, the history of magnetism and the basics of the magnetic field. The third chapter focuses on electrical coils, discusses the types and their uses as well studies in more detail the coils whose purpose is to create a homogeneous magnetic field as well coils whose purpose is to study the gradient magnetic field. After studying the coils to create a homogeneous magnetic field, in the fourth the chapter calculates the parameters for making a physical model of the Maxwell coil system, describes the 3D modeling process in detail in the Autodesk Fusion 360 software package and describes the process of 3D printing and assembling a physical model of a Maxwell system model scrolls. The fourth chapter was to include the measurement of the magnetic flux density on the physical model of the Maxwell coil system, but physical measurement in the laboratory was not performed. Himself the process of designing, modeling, and assembling a physical model of a Maxwell coil system is required high precision and strict adherence to the dimensions of the coils themselves as well as theirs mutual distances. In the last two chapters, the simulation of the Maxwell system of coils in the program was performed ANSYS Electronics Desktop package. ANSYS Electronics Desktop is a tool used for solving various problems in electromagnetism using the finite method elements. It is considered to give better results than physical measurement due to interference that can be appear in the laboratory during the measurement. In the sixth chapter they are analyzed the measurement results and are shown graphically, with the help of a magnetic field density field vector and with a display of the magnitude of the magnetic field density.
