Abstract
Završni rad se bazira na svjetlosnom onečišćenju i njegovim utjecajima na okoliš i živa bića. Proučavao sam mjere zaštite od svjetlosnog onečišćenja i njezine izvedbe koje je donio Hrvatski sabor. Pravilnik o zonama rasvijetljenosti, dopuštenim vrijednostima rasvjetljavanja i načinima upravljanja rasvjetnim sustavima se donosi radi smanjenja svjetlosnog onečišćenja. Mjerenja sam provodio na području grada Osijeka. Mjerio sam rasvijetljenost u zonama rasvijetljenosti E1, E2, E3 i E4 u gradu Osijeku i njezinoj okolici. Mjerenja provedena u zonama rasvijetljenosti u gradu Osijeku ispunjavaju propisane uvijete iz Pravilnik o zonama rasvijetljenosti, dopuštenih vrijednostima rasvjetljavanja i načinima upravljanja rasvjetnim sustavima.
Abstract (english)
The final work is based on the lighting pollution and the effects that pollution has on the environment and the living creatures. I have studied the security measures for the lighting pollution and the performances that Croatian Parlament has announced. Ordiance on areas of illumination, permissible values of illumination and the ways of managing lighting systems is brought in order to reduce the lighting pollution. The measurements were performed in Osijek. I have measured the lighting in the zones E1, E2, E3 and E4 in Osijek and the nearby area. The measurements performed in the lighting zones meet the conditions from Ordiance on areas of illumination, permissible values of lighting and ways to manage lighting systems.
