Abstract
U okviru završnog rada opisan je princip rada hidrostatskog mjerenja razine tekućina u industriji te oblici hidrostatskog mjerenja razine koji mogu biti u različitim uvjetima. Hidrostatsko mjerenje razine može se mjeriti u otvorenim spremnicima, propuhivanjem zraka (Bubbler metodom) te u zatvorenim spremnicima. Objašnjena je podjela na izravne metode, kod kojih se mjerenja odvijaju stalno i neprekidno kako bi se imao potpuni nadzor nad razinom te neizravne metode koje signaliziraju postojanje podešenih stanja razine. Podjelom na ove dvije veće stvara se podjela na veliki broj različitih metoda koje se koriste u određenim uvjetima od kojih je i hidrostatsko mjerenje razine. Odabirom mjerne metode stavka na koju treba obratiti pažnju prilikom mjerenja je i odabir odgovarajućih mjernih uređaja i senzora. Za različite uvjete se koriste različiti senzori zbog faktora koji utječu na ispravnost mjerenja, ali i zaštitu mjernih uređaja od kvarova. Primjena metoda mjerenja razine je rasprostranjena u različitim industrijama što govori da je mjerenje razine od velike važnosti.
Abstract (english)
This final paper describes the working principle of hydrostatic level measurement of liquids in industry and the forms of hydrostatic level measurement that can be in different conditions. Hydrostatic level measurement can be measured in open tanks, by blowing air (Bubbler method) and in closed tanks. The division into direct methods, in which measurements take place constantly and continuously in order to have complete control over the level, and indirect methods, which signal the existence of adjusted level conditions, is explained. The division into these two larger ones creates a division into a large number of different methods that are used in certain conditions, one of which is hydrostatic level measurement. By choosing a measurement method, the item that should be paid attention during measurment is the selection of suitable measuring devices and sensors. Different sensors are used for different conditions due to factors that affect the correctness of measurements, but also the protection of measuring devices against failures. The application of level measurement methods is widespread in various industries, which means that level measurement is of great importance.
