Abstract
U ovome diplomskom radu provedeno je istraživanje i implementacija bežične senzorske mreže sa korištenjem uređaja WSN-3202, WSN-3212, WSN-9792 te S7-1200. Istraživane su razne metode načina ostvarenja bežične senzorske mreže te su proučene sve prednosti i nedostatke bežične i žičane mreže. Proučene su tehnologije i načine rada svakog od navedenih uređaja, a zatim su uređaji implementirani u bežičnu senzorsku mrežu. Uređaji su konfigurirani kako bi radili jedan s drugim te kako bi prenosili potrebne informacije i signale u stvarnom vremenu. Za postavljanje logike samog sustava i načina signaliziranja korišten je LabVIEW program za konfiguraciju WSN uređaja, a TIA Portal je korišten za postavljanje logike sustava na PLC uređaj. Korišteni su OPC serveri za prijenos varijabli i logike PLC uređaja na LabVIEW u svrhu upravljanja perifernim uređajem preko industrijskog računala. Nakon uspješne implementacije cijelog sustava prikupljeni rezultati su prikazani na sučelju programa te se potrebne funkcije signalizacije uspješno izvršavaju. Na posljetku sustav je testiran u industrijskim uvjetima kako bi se prikazala otpornost sustava na nepovoljne vanjske utjecaje i uvjete.
Abstract (english)
In this master's thesis, research and implementation of a wireless sensor network using WSN3202, WSN-3212, WSN-9792, and S7-1200 devices were conducted. Various different methods of establishing a wireless sensor network were explored, and all the advantages and disadvantages of wireless and wired networks were studied. The different technologies and operations of each of the mentioned devices were examined, followed by the implementation of the devices into the wireless sensor network. The devices were configured to interact with each other and transmit necessary information and signals in real-time. LabVIEW software was used to configure the WSN devices and set up the logic of the system and signaling, while TIA Portal was used to configure the system logic on the PLC device. OPC servers were employed to transfer variables and PLC device logic to LabVIEW for managing peripheral devices via an industrial computer. After the successful implementation of the entire system, the collected results were displayed on the program interface, and necessary signaling functions were executed successfully. Finally, the system was tested under industrial conditions to demonstrate its resilience to adverse external influences and conditions.
