Abstract
U ovom završnom radu obrađena je tema: „Hibridni sustavi baterija i superkondenzatora“. Nakon uvodnog dijela i pregleda područja teme, objašnjena je klasifikacija uređaja za pohranu energije te su naglašena dva osnovna svojstva na temelju kojih se dizajnira model hibridnog sustava. U četvrtom i petom poglavlju detaljno su opisane vrste i materijali baterija i superkondenzatora, uz usporedbu njihovih svojstava, te su objašnjeni kemijski i fizikalni procesi koji se odvijaju pri pohrani energije. U šestom poglavlju predstavljene su pasivna, aktivna i poluaktivna konfiguracija hibridnih sustava. Analizirane su prednosti i mane svake konfiguracije, njihova učinkovitost i ekonomska isplativost. Najčešće primjene hibridnih sustava baterija i superkondenzatora navedene su i razrađene u sedmom poglavlju. Na kraju rada provedeno je električno mjerenje kako bi se demonstrirale prednosti hibridnih sustava u odnosu na napajanje samo sa baterijom pri dinamičkom opterećenju, uz prikaz izračuna stvarnog kapaciteta korištenog superkondenzatora.
Abstract (english)
This thesis analyzes the topic: "Hybrid systems of batteries and supercapacitors". After the introductory part and an overview of the subject area, the classification of energy storage devices is explained, highlighting the two fundamental properties on which the design of a hybrid system model is based. The fourth and fifth chapters provide a detailed description of the types and materials of batteries and supercapacitors, comparing their properties, and explain the chemical and physical processes that take place during energy storage. In the sixth chapter, passive, active and semi-active configurations of hybrid systems are presented. The advantages and disadvantages of each configuration, their efficiency, and economic viability are analyzed. The most common applications of hybrid battery and supercapacitor systems are listed and elaborated in the seventh chapter. Finally, electrical measurements were conducted to demonstrate the advantages of hybrid systems compared to power supply only with battery at dynamic load, including a calculation of the actual capacity of the used supercapacitor.
