Abstract
U ovome diplomskome radu opisana je podjela izolacijskih tekućina kod transformatora, obrađene su dijagnostičke metode za analizu izolacijskih tekućina te su prikazani zakoni i norme za uporabu transformatorskih ulja. Navedene stavke potrebno je poznavati kako bi se razumjeli postupci rada transformatora te postupci dijagnostike i održavanja transformatora. Pomoću tri ispitna uzorka ulja u praktičnom dijelu rada napravljena je analiza kvalitete ulja metodom ispitivanja dielektrične... More čvrstoće ulja pri temperaturi uzoraka od 30 ⁰C u prvom dijelu te pri hlađenju te ponovnom zagrijavanju uzoraka ulja na željene temperature, u drugome dijelu . Analizom rezultata dobivenih ispitivanjem pomoću mjernog uređaja Megger OTS60PB zaključeno je kako dva od tri ispitna uzorka ne pripadaju najvišem razredu kvalitete prema kriteriju minimalne vrijednosti napona dielektričnog proboja prema normi IEC 60156 koja je korištena u ovome radu te da vrijednost napona proboja snižavanjem temperature pada, odnosno da porastom temperature se ta vrijednost uvećava. Abstract (english)
In this thesis, the classification of insulating fluids in transformers is described, diagnostic methods for the analysis of insulating fluids are covered, and laws and standards for the use of transformer oils are presented. Understanding these elements is essential for comprehending the operational procedures of transformers as well as the diagnostic and maintenance procedures for transformers. In the practical part of the work, the quality of three oil samples was analyzed using... More the dielectric strength testing method. This analysis was conducted at an initial sample temperature of 30°C in the first part and involved cooling and reheating the oil samples to desired temperatures in the second part. Based on the results obtained from testing with the Megger OTS60PB device, it was concluded that two out of the three tested samples do not meet the highest quality grade according to the minimum dielectric breakdown voltage value criteria specified by the IEC 60156 standard used in this study. Additionally, it was observed that the breakdown voltage decreases with a reduction in temperature and increases with a rise in temperature. Less
