Abstract
Oko je osjetilni organ koji reagira na podražaje zračenja vidljivog dijela elektro - magnetskog zračenja. Ovisno o količini sjajnosti, tj. rasvjetljenosti površine aktivirat će se različiti fotoreceptori u oku. Zbog toga razlikujemo tri vrste vida. Poznavanjem tih karakteristika oka možemo u potpunosti iskoristiti S/P omjere kako bi ostvarili što niže potrebe za rasvjetljenosti podloge koju promatramo. Samim time smanjuje se i potreba za instaliranom električnom snagom rasvjetnog tijela koji direktno utječe na energetsku učinkovitost cijelog rasvjetnog sustava. Pravilnom regulacijom sustava javne rasvjete omogućuju se značjne uštede u potrošnji električne energije. Energetskim pregledom ispituje se trenutno stanje sustava javne rasvjete. Indikatori energetske učinkovitosti su pokazatelji s kojima opisujemo učinkovitost sustava javne rasvjete. Pomoću tih indikatora možemo opravdati vrijednost projekta nadogradnje ili zamjene sustava javne rasvjete bilo sa ekonomske, energetske ili ekološke točke gledanja.
Abstract (english)
The eye is sensory organ that responds to stimulation of visible part of the electro - magnetic radiation. Depending on the amount of llumination ie. surface illumination will activate different photoreceptors in the eye. Therefore we distinguish three types of vision. Knowing these characteristics of the eye we can take full advantage of the S / P ratios in order to achieve as low as possible needs for illumination of the surface which we observe. Thus reducing the need for installed electric power of luminaire, which directly affects the energy efficiency of the entire lighting system. With proper regulation of public lighting allow us significant savings in electricity consumption. Energy Survey examines the current state of public lighting. Energy efficiency indicator of public lighting are indicators with which we describe the efficiency of public lighting. Using these indicators we can justify the value of the project upgrades or replacement of public lighting from either economic, energy or environmental point of view.
