Abstract
U završnom radu opisan je proces prerade drveta u pogonu pilane od ulaska sirovine do gotovih proizvoda i poluproizvoda kao i način funkcioniranja kaveznog asinkronog motora kao osnovnog pogonskog sredstva. Pogon je podijeljen u četiri sustava dok se proces obrade drvne mase odvija u dvije hale. Prvi sustav se odnosi na primarnu preradu drveta, gdje se trupci raspiljuju u daske i letve većih dimenzija te se u drugom sustavu vrši fina obrada drvnih elemenata. Treći sustav se odnosi na sustave za zbrinjavanje otpadaka i piljevine a četvrti se odnosi na proces oštrenja pila u sklopu zasebne radionice.
Abstract (english)
The final thesis describes the process of wood processing in a sawmill operation from receipt of raw materials to finished products and semi-finished products as well as the manner of functioning of squirrel cage induction motor as the main propellant. The drive is divided into four systems while the processing of timber takes place in two halls. The first system is related to the processing of timber, where sawing logs into planks and strips of larger dimensions. Second system performs fine wood processing elements. The third system applies to systems for the disposal of waste and sawdust and the fourth refers to the process of sharpening saws within separate workshops.
