Abstract
Rezerve konvencionalnih izvora energije se smanjuju stoga Republika Hrvatska potiče izgradnju OIE kako bi se postigla energetska neovisnost o drugim državama. Bioplin je jedan od obnovljivih izvora energije koji se proizvodi procesom anaerobne digestije. Za njegovu proizvodnju moguće je koristiti različite sirovine kao su organski otpad, stajski gnoj ili ostatci poslije žetve. Bioplin se najčešće koristi za proizvodnju električne energije, topline ili kao gorivo za vozila. Električna energija i toplina se proizvode u kogeneracijskim postrojenjima gdje se proizvedena električna energija predaje u mrežu po cijeni iz tarifnog sustava. Izgradnja takvog postrojenja povlači za sobom mnoge troškove, ali ako je trošak proizvodnje kW električne energije manji nego cijena po kojoj se prodaje električna energija onda se takvo postrojenje isplati izgraditi. Republika Hrvatska se trenutno suočava s gospodarskom krizom stoga bioplinskih postrojenja nema puno,no ukoliko bi se taj problem uspio riješiti tada bi se moglo očekivati i povećanje broja bioplinskih postrojenja.
Abstract (english)
Reserves of conventional energy sources are decreasing, so the Republic of Croatia encourages the construction of an OIE to achieve energy independence from other states. Biogas is one of the renewable energy sources produced by the anaerobic digestion process. For its production it is possible to use various raw materials such as organic waste, animal manure or residues after harvest. Biogas is most commonly used for producing electricity, heat or as fuel for vehicles. Electricity and heat are produced in cogeneration plants where the produced electricity is delivered to the grid at the price of the tariff system. The construction of such facilities entails a lot of costs, but if the cost of producing kW of electricity is lower than the price at which electricity is sold, then such a plant is worthwhile to build. The Republic of Croatia is currently facing economic crisis, so there is not much to do with biogas plants, but if this problem were resolved then biogas plants could be expected to increase.
