Abstract
U ovom radu napravljeno je ispitivanje pomoću IC termografske kamere i računalne programske podrške za IC termografiju. U ispitivanju je promatrani objekt metalna kutija čije su dvije površine različito tretirane, odnosno jedna je površina obojena, dok druga površina je neobojena. Promatranjem tih dvaju površina uočene su velike razlike u dobivenim prividnim temperaturama, zbog različitih faktora emisije dvaju površina. Pomoću aluminijske folije izvršeno je određivanje reflektirane temperature potrebne za određivanje faktora emisije. Određivanje faktora emisije napravljeno je komparativnom metodom dvaju površina uz unos svih potrebnih podataka u programsku podršku. Nakon određivanja faktora emisije, na uzorku od pet snimanja pri različitim temperaturama izvršeno je ispitivanje utjecaja kuta promatranja na emisivnost površina. Rezultati ispitivanja su komentirani, grafički prikazani i analizirani te su doneseni zaključci za ispravniju obradu termograma.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, an examination was performed using an IR thermographic camera and computer software for IR thermography. In the examination, the observed object was a metal box whose two surfaces were treated differently. One surface was painted, while the other surface was unpainted. By observing these two surfaces, large differences in the obtained apparent temperatures were observed, due to different emission factors of the two surfaces. The reflected temperature required to determine the emission factor was determined using aluminum foil. The determination of the emission factor was made by the comparative method of two surfaces with the input of all necessary data into the software. After determining the emission factor, on a sample of five recordings at different temperatures, the influence of the observation angle on the emissivity of the surfaces was examined. The test results were commented, graphically presented and analyzed, and conclusions were drawn for more correct thermogram processing.
