Abstract
Elektrootporno točkasto zavarivanje definirano je kao jedan od procesa zavarivanja pri kojem se metali koji se zavauju na dodrnim mjestima zagrijavaju zbog otpora prolasku struje te dolaze do točke taljenja prilikom koje se metali spajaju te nakon hlađenja istih se dobija zavareni spoj. Kod samog postupka zavarivanja bitno je osigurati metale koji se zavaruju, odabrati razinu jakosti struje i broj pulseva. Zatim pritisnuti elektrode na mjesta gdje se želi zavariti te nogom pritisnuti prekidač koji provodi struju kroz elektrode u broju pulseva koji su zadani. Tijekom zavarivanja bitno je koristiti zaštitne naočale zbog sigurnosti te preventiranja bilo kakvih mogućih ozljeda na radu. Važno je napomenuti kako treba biti pažljiv prilikom odabira izvora napajanja te materijala elektroda jer to uvelike utječe na kvalitetu spoja. Dakle, različiti parametri pod različitim utjecajima daju drugačije rezultate kvalitete spoja. Elektrootporno točkasto zavarivanje brz je te jeftin postupak zavarivanja dok se u isto vrijeme postiže dobra razina kontrole kvalitete spoja. Ovaj postupak osigurava čvrste spojeve uz gotovo potpuno uklanjanje utjecaja topline na spojene materijale tijekom kratkog vremena, stoga način zavarivanja ima minimalan utjecaj na bateriju, jer u bateriji nema reakcija kataliziranja uzrokovanih toplinom. Međutim, iako se tanki metali mogu savršeno spojiti, poteškoće se javljaju s proizvodnjom velikih komada zavara. Unatoč navedenim prednostima i nedostacima, treba istaknuti kako će se dominacija elektrootpornog točkastog zavarivanja i dalje zadržati u narednih nekoliko godina jer najvažniji kriterij pri odabiru prikladnog postupka zavarivanja jest mogućnost postizanja pouzdanih i pravilno izvedenih zavara što upravo pruža navedeni postupak zavarivanja.
Abstract (english)
Resistance spot welding is defined as one of the welding processes in which metals welded at contact points are heated due to resistance to current passage and reach the melting point where the metals are joined and after cooling they are welded. In the welding process itself, it is important to ensure the metals to be welded, to choose the current level and the number of pulses. Then press the electrodes to the places where you want to weld and press the switch with your foot that conducts current through the electrodes in the number of pulses that are given. It is important to use safety goggles during welding for safety and to prevent any possible injuries at work. It is important to note that care should be taken when choosing the power source and electrode material as this greatly affects the quality of the connection. Thus, different parameters under different influences give different results of joint quality. Resistance spot welding is a fast and inexpensive welding process while at the same time achieving a good level of joint quality control. This process ensures solid joints with almost complete removal of the heat effect on the joined materials in a short time, so the welding method has minimal impact on the battery, because there are no heat-induced catalytic reactions in the battery. However, although thin metals can be joined together perfectly, difficulties arise with the production of large pieces of welds. Despite these advantages and disadvantages, it should be noted that the dominance of resistance spot welding will continue in the next few years because the most important criterion in choosing a suitable welding process is the ability to achieve reliable and properly performed welds.
